Shipping container rental in Vilnius and across Lithuania

When you need a container only for a while - for building work, a move, seasonal stock or an event - renting is easier than buying. Conway rents shipping containers short or long term and delivers them anywhere in Lithuania.

What you can rent

  • Dry Cube - standard 20, 40 and 45 ft containers for goods and materials;
  • High Cube - about 30 cm taller, for tall items and shelving;
  • reefer containers - for products that must stay at a steady temperature.

How rental works

  1. Tell us what container you need, for how long and where - in the form at the top of this page, by phone on +370 650 61953 or at sales@cway.lt.
  2. We send an offer with one all-inclusive price.
  3. We deliver and place the container with a crane truck or a side loader.
  4. After delivery you receive a photo report.
  5. When the rental ends, we arrange the pick-up.

Which size to rent

  • 20ft (6 m) - about 33 m³ and 11 euro pallets; usually enough for the furniture of a small flat or a building crew's tools.
  • 40ft (12 m) - about 67 m³ and 25 euro pallets; for larger stocks of goods and materials.
  • High Cube - when items are tall or you want shelving.
  • Reefer - for food and drinks; it needs a 3-phase 360/460 V connection.

Rent or buy?

Renting suits a need of a few weeks or months when you don't want to deal with the container afterwards. If you will need it for a long time, compare the rental cost with the price of a used shipping container - buying sometimes works out better. What the rental price depends on

Size and type (Dry Cube, High Cube or reefer), rental period and delivery address. We quote on request and give the price as one sum.

Preparing the site

The container needs level, firm ground and access for a truck. A 20ft (6 m) container comes on a small crane truck, a 40ft (12 m) on a large one. More in How to prepare the ground for a container.
